Insurance

It can be difficult to understand insurance coverage. We want you to be able to understand your coverage, deductibles, and co-pays. At Rocky Coast Integrated Medicine, we offer new clients complimentary insurance verification for acupuncture, once a consultation is booked.

We will reach out to you for insurance information once your appointment is scheduled. We need one week to verify the benefits on your policy. Failure to send us the card at least one week prior to your appointment will result in a $175 out of pocket first patient appointment. If you need assistance submitting your insurance card, please call the office for someone to help you.

If we have not been able to verify coverage before your acupuncture visit you will be asked to pay our time of service fee, and given a receipt to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
