Jessy Ostara is a Maine native with many years experience serving others, whether in the medical field, as a yoga and meditation instructor, or in customer service. 

Jessy holds an Associates degree in Health Science from Southern Maine Community College, a Certified Nurses Assistant certification through Eastern Maine Technical College, and a 500 hours advanced yoga instructor certification through Shiva Shakti School of Yoga and Health. Some of Jessy’s interests include teaching, gardening, foraging, live music, and Middle Eastern Dance. Jessy is currently pursuing her Level Two Herbalist certification through Farmacy Herbs, and planning to continue her yoga studies through the Breathing Deep Yoga Therapy training.
