Beth Herzig CO-FOUNDER, LAc, MAc
Beth Herzig co founded Rocky Coast with her husband Jason in 2002. Today she is still thrilled to be living in Maine and doing the work that she loves. She graduated from the Northwest Institute of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine with her Masters degree and soon after moved to Maine. She Is certified by the National Acupuncture Detox Association, Is licensed in the state of Maine, is licensed nationally by the NCCAOM, and is also a highly trained expert in the field of Infertility.
Beth loves working with people from all walks of life and is grateful for the incredible and deep relationships that she has formed with her patients over the years. As a holistic medical provider she is afforded the time to really listen, get to know, and connect with her clients. This is her favorite part of the job and part of what makes the experience of working with her and her colleagues at Rocky Coast so special.
Beth is a fertility consultant and counselor. She uses Traditional Chinese Medicine, dietary and lifestyle advice to help her clients achieve a healthy and successful pregnancy. She is knowledgable about Assisted Reproductive Technology and can help guide and advocate for her clients as they navigate difficult decisions regarding their fertility. Beth, along with her husband Jason has helped thousands of patients achieve their goal of having a healthy pregnancy and it is still something that she is deeply invested in and very proud of.
Beth also feels passionate about treating anxiety, depression, and PTSD and has felt humbled by the trust that her patients have in her and the work that she does. Some other areas of interest are: chronic pain, insomnia, headaches, and menopausal symptoms.
Some of Beth’s personal interests are: travel, photography, theater, writing, spending time with Jason and their four kids, snuggling with her animals, and cooking. She is a true empath, excellent listener, and loves to laugh at the absurdities in life.
