Alexis Worn is a licensed Occupational Therapist with a BS from Keuka College in New York State. Alexis has over 25 years of experience in a variety of settings including most recently working 10 years in home healthcare. Starting in 2019 Alexis has worked with private geriatric clients providing at-home personal care services to assist safely aging at home.

Alexis began working at Rocky Coast in 2023 where she continues to enjoy interacting with clients in a small and intimate setting that parallels her lifelong interest in the healthcare field and integrative medicine.

Alexis lives in North Deering with her husband, teenage daughter and bulldog AJ. Alexis and her husband own and operate a small business, Fresh Food Gardens, that provides vegetable garden design, installation and maintenance services.

Alexis also enjoys staying active with regular exercise including yoga, bike riding and power walking, traveling as much as possible, volunteering in her community and hosting monthly game nights.
